Travel & Additional Fees
Most sessions include travel within a set local range, but if you're planning something a little farther (or a full-on adventure!), here’s what to expect:
📍 Travel Fees
- Local Travel: Included within 1 hour of your shoot location (2 hours round-trip)
- Mileage Fee: $50 per hour (round-trip) for anything beyond that
- Overnight Stays: If the shoot is 2+ hours away or wraps up late, an overnight stay may be needed (usually $150–$300)
- Flights + Lodging: For out-of-state or destination bookings — I’ll put together a custom travel quote based on your location
✨ Additional Services & Fees
- Second Shooter: Starting at $400 (4 hours minimum, $100/hr)
- Extra Hour of Coverage: $350/hr
- Expedited Gallery Delivery: $200+ (if you need your photos within a week!)
- Multiple Locations: $100 per extra location
- Permit Fees: If your shoot location requires a permit, that fee will be added to your invoice
